Server host names changed

Today we’ve changed the host names of our servers to the following:

  • one.valcatohosting.com is now sh1.valcato.com
  • two.valcatohosting.com is now sh2.valcato.com

If you’re seeing SSL certificate warnings in your email client or FTP client, or when logging into cPanel, make sure that you update your settings or bookmarks accordingly.

We’ve also moved our billing and support system (i.e. the account control panel) from billing.valcatosupport.com to secure.valcato.com, so please let us know if you encounter any out of date links! (They’ll also give a warning about an invalid SSL certificate.)
